Membership

Membership of Walton Lions ARC is granted at the discretion of the committee and is conditional on paying the current subscription, signing the annual Section 21 declaration and abiding by these terms and by the range rules displayed at the firing point.

Range conduct

Members and visitors must follow the direction of the Range Master at all times. Only .177 pellet, sub-12 ft·lb airguns are permitted. Alcohol before or during shooting is not permitted. Any equipment or behaviour that concerns the Range Master will be stopped on the spot.

Marketplace

The members' marketplace is a private noticeboard between members. Walton Lions ARC is not a party to any sale, does not vet items and accepts no responsibility for the condition or legality of items offered. Buyer and seller are responsible for complying with UK firearms law.

Portal use

Your login is personal to you. Sharing an account, uploading offensive content, or attempting to access parts of the portal above your role are grounds for immediate suspension. All actions in the portal are logged.

Fees & cancellation

Monthly subscriptions run continuously until cancelled from your dashboard. Fees paid are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, the club's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
